Frank R. DiLorenzo, 36, is the founder and president of R&R Games, Inc., based in Tampa, Florida. He started the company in 1996 as he developed his childhood passion for treasure hunts into a business to design, manufacture, package and sell a treasure hunt game that could be played in any home. Riddles and Riches became the premier product for R&R Games, a company that follows DiLorenzo's strict philosophy of marketing high-quality, innovative games of challenging fun. DiLorenzo began his career as a Design Engineer for the engineering consulting firm of Kaiser Engineers, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After several years, DiLorenzo left the corporate sector to develop a new business in plastics welding. His use of cutting edge technology brought him quick success and attracted the attention of competitors. He sold off his plastics company and decided to follow his passion for designing games. His new venture was to establish a game company...R&R Games. Today, DiLorenzo's R&R Games' line includes a host of award winning hit games. His first designs, RIDDLES & RICHES, SOLD! The Antique Dealer Game, and OVERTHRONE, established the core of the line that has grown more than five fold over the years. With his steady management, DiLorenzo guides R&R Games in pursuit of his dream to provide the best of the best when it comes to fun games. Riding R&R Games' successful beginnings, DiLorenzo has quickly established himself and his company as a recognized leader in the gaming industry. He has gained the respect of top toy companies, buyers, executives, retailers and the general public, as well as acquiring a role model "success story" status for young, small toy companies, entrepreneurs and game inventors. Born and raised in Westford, Massachusetts, DiLorenzo earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. He is an active member of The Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA), ASTRA and The Toy Industry Association (TIA). DiLorenzo and his wife, Stacey, reside in Tampa.
